Meet Our Team

Nicole graduated from Whitworth University with a degree in Organizational Management in 2022. With a strong background in orthodontics since 1993, Nicole brings years of experience and leadership to the practice. She enjoys working in orthodontics because of the emotional impact it has on patients — changing smiles, building confidence, and forming lasting relationships. Nicole shares in the practice’s vision of providing patient-centered, family-focused care. She works to ensure every patient feels heard, valued, and supported at every step of their journey.

Karen joined Wire Orthodontics in 2025 with 24 years of experience in the orthodontic field. She enjoys her role as a treatment coordinator because it enables her to combine patient education with personalized care, providing patients with the confidence and support they need. Building relationships with new and returning patients and guiding them on their journey to achieving beautiful, healthy smiles is her top priority.

Karen has been married for 26 years and has three grown sons. Outside the office, she enjoys exercising, running marathons, skiing, and spending quality time with her family. She feels very fortunate to be working with Dr. Wire!

Haley joined our team in October 2022 and brings a passion for patient care to everything she does. She has been a dedicated assistant for over a decade and is passionate about all things teeth. She enjoys being directly involved in transforming smiles and boosting patients’ confidence. She believes teamwork leads to better care and always strives to create a positive, encouraging experience for each patient.

Haley is married with three kids and three dogs. When not in the office she enjoys raising chickens, camping, playing softball and golfing with her family.

Kim earned an associate degree in Dental Assisting in 1988. She joined our team shortly after relocating to the Northwest in July 2024. She is passionate about patient care and takes pride in fostering a calm, reassuring environment. Kim enjoys being part of each patient’s journey toward a healthy, beautiful smile.
Kim has two grown children and two beautiful grandsons. Outside the office, she enjoys the outdoors and going on road trips, especially to the coast. Her mini-Aussie Ladybug loves the beach!

Yvette completed her dental assistant training in 2008 and joined our team in 2021. She enjoys being part of a supportive team that transforms smiles and boosts confidence. She is passionate about delivering exceptional care and cultivating a positive office environment. In her role, Yvette listens attentively to patients, explains treatments clearly, and addresses concerns to ensure patient satisfaction. She values empathy and takes pride in helping others feel at ease and well-informed.

Outside the office, Yvette enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. She also loves kayaking, exploring nature, and spending summer days with her Boston Terrier, Suzy.

Brandi finished her orthodontic assistant training at Apollo College and also completed a course in sleep apnea care. She has been working in the field since 2006 and joined our team in May 2023. She enjoys being part of a practice that changes patients’ lives by giving them perfect smiles. In her role, Brandi helps make even the most nervous patients feel calm and supported. She is known for creating a fun, welcoming environment while always prioritizing patient care.

Brandi has two kids and two grandbabies she adores. Outside of work, she enjoys playing softball, mountain biking, and snowboarding. Brandi absolutely loves her job and says she couldn’t imagine working anywhere else.
